Who Do We Serve?
Securet Pooled Special Needs Trust is available to individuals under age 65 who have disabilities and rely on Social Supplemental Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Medicaid to meet their economic and medical needs. There is a minimum initial investment amount of $6,000.
Exceptions will be evaluated on a case by case basis for individuals over the age of 65 in certain states.
Examples of individuals who could benefit from Securet Trust:
- A child with developmental disabilities receiving an inheritance from a grandparent
- Any individual under the age of 65 receiving an inheritance from a family member
- An adult under age 65 with a debilitating injury receiving settlement from a class action suit
- An adult under age 65 receiving SSI who will receive proceeds from the sale of family property
